Upon request to become an Issuing Institution, a one-off fee of 750 euros (excluding VAT) will be charged for the necessary documentation processing.
When a new dealer joins, the Issuing Institution will charge a one-off fee of 750 euros (excluding VAT) for the necessary documentation processing.
Pursuant to Article 10.2 of the Algemene Programmabepalingen (general programme conditions), costs incurred for publishing revised versions or supplements to the Information Memorandum shall be charged to the Issuing Institutions. This concerns all internal and external costs incurred by the Arranger.
