Diversity and inclusion

We create a working environment where everyone can be themselves and has equal opportunities. To support this, we have set up several initiatives and collaborate with various organisations.

  • Since 2024, we have been committed to the SER Diversity Charter, showing our dedication to an inclusive and diverse working environment.

  • The Young BNG network offers young colleagues a platform for growth and helps them engage with our organisation while supporting their personal development.

  • With the “Studying and Working Tailored to Your Needs” initiative, we contribute to a more accessible labour market and fair opportunities for everyone.

To safeguard our diversity and inclusion policy, we draw up an annual action plan. The plan focuses on the areas of gender, age, (cultural) background and working ability. In addition, we organise training courses and knowledge sessions and conduct annual evaluations by participating in the SER Diversity in Business survey. Our ambassador network plays a key role in implementing initiatives in this area and encourages employees to actively contribute to inclusion and cooperation.

Well-being initiatives

We work with various partners to promote inclusive growth. Our long-term support for the Everyday Heroes foundation helps vulnerable groups overcome barriers to paid employment, for example by financing driving licences and guidance. Thanks to The Chairmen at Work, every employee can enjoy a chair massage to stay healthy. These massages are provided by professionals with visual impairments.

Integrity and code of conduct

Integrity is essential to achieving our ambitions and maintaining our reputation. The trust that stakeholders place in us underpins our core values: connecting, expert, optimistic and enterprisingentrepreneurship. Our code of conduct guides us in balancing interests and acting consistently and transparently. We continue to strengthen integrity through training and by fostering a culture of awareness in which everyone is responsible for maintaining our standards. We are open to honest dialogue and strive for continuous improvement. Integrity also means handling confidential information with care and avoiding conflicts of interest. By following these principles, we maintain honest and transparent relationships with our customers.
