Manage your banking affairs securely and clearly

My BNG is the online portal for managing your banking affairs. This includes making payments, requesting products and viewing reports. My BNG also provides an overview of loans, guarantees and other products. The possibilities within My BNG are continually being expanded. You can log in and sign digitally with the Digipass, a personal means of identification.  

 

Roles and rights

Within My BNG, the organisation's customer manager can assign roles to different users. This gives employees access to specific parts of the portal, depending on their position. For example, you can give a financial employee permissions for payment transactions, while a manager also has access to loans. With My BNG, you as an administrator can easily manage users and their rights.  

Modules within My BNG

Within My BNG, there are different modules for each type of user.  

For all users:

  • Personal message box: receive messages about updates and announcements from the portal
  • Daily interest rates: view indicative interest rates for our products
  • Upload documents: securely share files with BNG

For users with specific permissions:

  • Payment transactions: manage your accounts and payments, and view archives  
  • Loan overview: gain insight into your current loans and payment dates
  • Guarantees: view current guarantees for local authorities
  • Letters of credit: overview of bank guarantees and rental guarantees
  • Requests: submit requests for bank statements and guarantees
  • Payment terminals: manage your linked payment terminals

For administrators:

  • Organisation management: manage users, their access and the organisation data within the portal 

Frequently asked questions about logging in to My BNG 

You can log in with your business email address or your User ID. Both are accepted as usernames.  

The login code is a one-time temporary password generated by your personal Digipass or Digipass App. This login code is valid for 30 seconds. 

This message appears if you enter the wrong login details or if the login code has expired. Return to the My BNG login screen and try to log in again.  

If this does not work, please contact our customer service department on 070 - 3750555 or the customer manager within your own organisation. 

If your Digipass is blocked, follow the steps below: 

  1. Download the Digipass Form (531KB) and select the option “Unblock Digipass”.  
  2. Complete the form entirely.
  3. Email the signed form from your (business) email account that we have on file to klantenservice@bngbank.nl.

We will contact you by telephone to unblock the Digipass.  

If you have forgotten your PIN code, the Digipass App must be deactivated and reactivated. To do so, follow the steps below: 

  1. Start the Digipass App.
  2. Click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select “Deactivate the Digipass App” and confirm.
  4. Reactivate the Digipass App. To do so, follow the User Instructions for Installing the Digipass App (pdf, 785 kB).

If your Digipass is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service department immediately on 070 - 3750555. We will promptly deactivate the Digipass. Please note: we will never ask you for your Digipass PIN code.  

Would you like to request a replacement Digipass? Please follow the steps below:  

  1. Download the Digipass Form (531KB) and select the option “Request replacement Digipass”.
  2. Complete the form in full.
  3. Email the signed form from your (business) email account that we have on file to klantenservice@bngbank.nl
