Regulations for the Statutory Board and Executive Committee

The guidelines within the regulations of the statutory board and the ExCo promote structured decision-making and clear communication with the Supervisory Board. The regulations support the Three Lines of Responsibility policy, which divides responsibilities between management, risk management, and internal audit. This approach strengthens cooperation, transparency, and efficiency within all layers of our organisation.
