With the Digipass, you can manage your banking affairs securely online via My BNG. The Digipass is available in two versions: as a physical device and as an app. Both are personalised and linked to your My BNG account. Use of the Digipass app is free of charge. There is a fee if you want to use the physical Digipass.
You are responsible for the security of your physical Digipass and Digipass App. This is set out in the ‘Client Duty of Care when Using Tools’. This obligation is set out in Article 7 of the Online Services Terms and Conditions (pdf, 1.1 MB). The following security measures apply:
