BNG reports on the climate impact of its financing in accordance with the PCAF methodology. The Platform for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) is engaged in developing methodologies for determining the CO₂e emissions of financial institutions.
We have set ambitious targets with our customers to ensure our social impact on these SDGs. Our methodology enables us to measure and report on our customers' impact. We are one of the first financial institutions in the Netherlands to do so. As this is a new process, we still have a lot to learn and can improve our methodology along the way.
