My BNG is available to all our customers. Discover how to create an account. 

Access to My BNG

As a BNG customer, you can manage your banking affairs easily and securely online via My BNG. Multiple colleagues from each organisation can use the portal. Permissions may vary per user. Would you like access to My BNG? See which situation applies to you.  

 

Colleagues without access to My BNG

Are you the first user of My BNG within your organisation? If so, please first register your organisation for My BNG and then request a personal account. To do so, please complete the two forms below. Print out the completed forms, have them signed and email them to our customer service department, together with a copy of your ID.

Colleagues already have access to My BNG

  • Does your organisation have an administrator for My BNG? If so, this person can create an account for you via My BNG. Our customer service department can tell you who the administrator is.  
  • Does your organisation not yet have an administrator for My BNG? Then fill in the application form (is only available in Dutch), print it out and have it signed. Email the signed form together with a copy of your ID to our customer service department.
