Affordable healthcare is essential for everyone in the Netherlands. At BNG, we help make this a reality by keeping financing costs for healthcare real estate as low as possible. As a bank for the public interest, our lending facility is always available, both in good times and less favourable periods.

Our role in healthcare financing

The healthcare sector is a key focus area for BNG. We hold a market share of nearly 40 percent in long-term bank lending to healthcare institutions. Approximately half of our outstanding is guaranteed by the Healthcare Sector Guarantee Fund (WFZ). Through our favourable loan terms, we help the sector keep costs as low as possible.

What types of financing do we offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of financial services to meet a wide variety of credit needs. Our solutions include everything from short-term credit facilities to long-term financing with various terms and conditions. Specifically, we provide:

  • Financing for investments in real estate and equipment through money market loans and long-term fixed-rate loans, with or without a guarantee from the Guarantee Fund
  • Current account credit facilities for working capital
  • Payment processing solutions
