What will you be doing?

As a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our ServiceNow environment. You will work on solutions within IT Service Management (ITSM) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), and support the integration of additional modules such as Vulnerability Management and, potentially in the future, HR Service Delivery. Knowledge of Performance Analytics (PA) and IntegrationHub Runtime Environment (IRE) is a plus.

You effortlessly switch between technology and process, and are capable of translating business needs into smart, scalable solutions within ServiceNow.

  • Develop and configure functionalities within ITSM and WSD
  • Support the implementation of new modules such as Vulnerability Management, HR SD, and build dashboards using Performance Analytics
  • Manage integrations via IRE and other interfaces
  • Work according to DevOps principles: CI/CD, version control, testing, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in IT, security, and business teams
  • Advise on best practices and optimization of ServiceNow processes

What we ask of you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT or information management
  • At least 2–4 years of experience with ServiceNow in a DevOps role
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM and WSD
  • Experience with HR SD, Vulnerability Management, Performance Analytics, and IRE is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer-oriented skills
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, ITSM Implementation) are a plus
