BNG Bank's net profit for 2022 amounts to EUR 300 million (2021: EUR 236 million). The General Meeting on 20 April 2023 approved the proposal to distribute 50% (2021: 60%) of the available profit after tax and after deduction of the compensation for the providers of hybrid capital. The dividend percentage of 50% is in line with BNG Bank's dividend policy. This means a dividend of EUR 139 million (2021: EUR 127 million). The dividend amounts to EUR 2.50 per share with a nominal value of EUR 2.50 (2021: EUR 2.28).
