Global Finance Magazine heeft BNG opnieuw uitgeroepen tot de nummer 3 veiligste bank ter wereld en de veiligste bank van Nederland. Sinds 1992 selecteert Global Finance Magazine jaarlijks de beste financiële instellingen ter wereld.
The methodology used to compile the list of the world’s 50 safest banks has remained unchanged for over three decades and is based on a comparison of the long-term credit ratings issued by the rating agencies Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch for the world’s largest 500 banks by asset size. As in last year, BNG ranks below German bank KfW (no. 1) and Swiss bank Zuercher Kantonalbank (no. 2) on the world ranking list of safest banks.
