On behalf of BNG, Gita Salden signed the SER Diversity in Business Diversity Charter on Wednesday 17 January 2024. This demonstrates our commitment to actively promoting greater diversity and inclusion within the bank.
Our organisation sees diversity and inclusion as an added value for achieving our organisational objectives. We want to create a working environment where everyone has equal opportunities, where employees can be themselves and where everyone feels welcome. This is fitting for a bank that serves the public interest. We can only realise our ambitions if we can draw on all the talent available and make optimal use of different perspectives and insights. Diversity and inclusion are therefore building blocks for realising our ambitions.
Companies and organisations that sign the Charter from the SER Diversity in Business see diversity and inclusion as added value for their company. Within six months of signing, we must submit an Action Plan in which we indicate what we will focus on and what concrete steps we will take. In the Diversity Charter, you can see the challenges we have included in the Diversity Charter.
