The digital archive on My BNG gives customers who use our payment services daily access to their historical data. This includes all account statements, interest statements and specifications, and pricing statements. We store all information in PDF files that remain accessible online for seven years. This ensures a reliable archive. It is also possible to receive the data daily by email.
The digital archive is enabled by default for all customers with payment transactions at BNG. Your organisation's customer manager can easily arrange access for other employees via user management in My BNG. Employees only need a username and Digipass. Prefer a different output format? The customer manager can request this via klantenservice@bngbank.nl. Use of the digital archive for up to seven years back is free of charge. Want to view data from more than seven years ago? That is also possible, but there is an additional charge for this. Read more about additional costs.
