In IT, we make sure our digital solutions for clients and employees work well and are continuously improved. With our innovative IT solutions, we support our clients in their social transition. We develop and manage the software and applications they need for their financial management.
IT consists of five departments: Delivery, Architecture & Data, Control & Support, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Security.
In the Delivery department, we work in multidisciplinary teams to professionalise our digital services and processes. This ranges from implementing anti-money laundering systems to further developing our digital capabilities.
Employees in the Architecture & Data department set the direction for our IT environment. The team works on IT strategy, enterprise and domain architecture, data management, and IT governance. The team oversees all IT projects and investments. They ensure a future-proof IT landscape that fits seamlessly with BNG’s way of working. Together with the business, they set the frameworks and bring focus to the roadmaps for our development teams.
Control & Support forms the foundation of our IT department. This versatile department includes the teams of IT Risk & Compliance, Vendor Management, contract management, IT Financial Control, and our Project Management Office. These teams ensure reliable IT operations, compliance with laws and regulations, professional vendor management, and contract management. They also support various projects.
The Cloud & Infrastructure team manages the migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud. They are responsible for designing and implementing cloud solutions, modernising our digital workplace, and creating a secure IT landscape that suits BNG’s field of work.
The Security department safeguards the security of client data and information flows within BNG. They ensure we comply with guidelines, monitor developments in cyber threats, and apply the latest security technologies. The employees set and maintain our security policy and contribute to the transformation towards a data-driven organisation.
