The Staff at BNG provides essential support and strategic direction for our organisation. Employees in these departments are responsible for attracting and developing talent, setting BNG’s course, and shaping our identity and reputation. They also support the board. The staff departments work closely with all parts of the bank to further develop and strengthen the organisation.
Staff consists of four departments: Human Resources, Strategy & Sustainability, Communication, and Board Secretariat.
HR plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent within BNG. The department consists of various areas of expertise: HR Personnel and Payroll Administration, HR Recruitment and Selection, and HR Business Partners. Together, they create a stimulating working environment where employees can develop to their full potential. The department deals with employment conditions, assessment processes, and change projects. They also work on a modern HR-IT landscape with up-to-date management information and reliable data.
The Strategy & Sustainability department contributes to BNG’s future by providing advice and defining strategy. Employees in this department have two closely linked main responsibilities: advising on and shaping BNG’s strategy and coordinating all BNG’s activities in the field of sustainability.
The Communication department safeguards BNG’s identity, brand, and reputation. They focus on brand positioning, communication advice, policy, and press contacts. The marketing and communication advisers focus on corporate communication, external communication, content, and process communication.
The Board Secretariat department supports BNG’s senior management. They form the board secretariat and manage relationships with stakeholders, such as shareholders.
